Overview
This website is operated by Digital Double (parent company of Armature Nine). Some sites are hosted on Shopify (armaturenine.com) and by our own servers (A9RIG.com, ArmatureLab.com, ArtmanikinChallenge.com, BuildaManikin.com, ManikinMaker.com, MakeaManikinc.com).  By using these sites or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service.  We may update these terms at any time, and your continued use means you accept the changes. 

Key Terms

  1. Online Store Use. Please Don't:
    1. Scrape this site or use any automated tools to collect data from it.
    2. Use any content or data from this site to train AI or machine learning models.
    3. Do anything illegal, harmful, abusive, or that violates the rights of others.

    2. Personal Information

    Your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

    3. Changes to Terms

    We may update these terms. It’s your responsibility to check for changes.

    5. Commercial Use

    • Design Appropriation: You are free to use our products in your own creative works, including comic strips, animations, or commercial projects. However, you may not claim ownership or exclusive rights over the original design or sculpt of any Armature Nine product. Any attempt to appropriate the design as your own character or intellectual property is automatically understood to be subordinate to Armature Nine’s (A9RIG) retained copyright.
    • You may not reverse-engineer our products or produce digital 3D files of our designs.
    • You may not train AI or neural networks on our designs. However, you are welcome to use your own photographs of our products as prompts in generative AI tools.
    • You may display the A9RIG logo that appears on the physical products. However, you may not use our logos or brand names in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or reputation-damaging context.
    • This license is transferable to whomever you sell or gift the product to.
    • Optional credit: “Product by Armature Nine (A9RIG)” is appreciated but not required.
    • We retain all copyright and trademark rights in our product designs.
    • NEW: Makers are free to build and sell (non-exclusively) original additive accessories that clip, magnet, or otherwise non-destructively attach onto the exterior of official limbs and parts.

      Any piece that replaces, modifies or replicates the underlying anatomy, joints, or official connectors is prohibited when done for resale but is ok for personal use.

      Accessories for sale must not damage the figure or require permanent modification.       Makers must clearly state that their products are unofficial and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or produced by Armature Nine / A9-RIG.
