Domestic Shipping (United States)
- Orders are processed and shipped normally within five work days after purchase.
- Custom orders or pre-orders may require additional time to process, typically up to 30 days depending on the complexity of the request.
- Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the shipping method selected.
International Shipping
- We ship to over 60 countries worldwide, with some restrictions on shipping to Germany.
- International shipping rates start at $30 (canada) and $45 for most other countries. But price can vary for other destinations and package weight.
- Customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or VAT required by their local postal service upon delivery.
- For UK and EU customers purchasing via Etsy, tariffs and VAT could be pre-handled by Etsy during checkout (see pricing thresholds on the home page). We are working to offer this feature through Shopify soon.
Packaging and Handling
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure safe transit.
- Larger or more fragile items may require additional time to ensure proper handling.
Delivery Timeframes
- Domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days depending on the chosen method and destination.
- International delivery times vary and are influenced by customs processing in your country. Please allow 2-4 weeks for international shipments.
Customs and Duties
- International customers are responsible for paying any customs fees or import taxes incurred during shipping. These charges are not included in the order total.
- Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential charges.
Pre-Orders and Replacement Parts
- Pre-orders and replacement parts are treated as custom orders and may take up to 30 days to ship. But if you need it to be expedited, a simple email notification will do and we will prioritize your order.
Lost or Damaged Items
- If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at store@armaturenine.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem.
