Returns
- To qualify for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Returns are not accepted for digital goods such as membership fees, file downloads, and digital assets.

Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.
- Approved refunds will exclude shipping fees and will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Missing or Delayed Refunds

- For platforms like Amazon, check whether the refund has been issued as store credit or gift card balance.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, including tracking fees. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit.
Processing Time: Depending on your location, the time required for the exchanged or returned item to reach us may vary. In general as soon as the package is in our hands, the refund will be issued.
