Photography Usage Rights

Grant of License

By purchasing or using any Armature Nine product (Vizeme, Tiny Towns, Power Posers, A9RIGS, etc.), you are automatically granted a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

• Photograph the product(s) in any setting, including stop-motion animation.
• Use, publish, display, and sell the resulting photographs in any medium, including stock photography sites, portfolios, social media, editorial, advertising, and commercial projects.
• Edit, crop, retouch, composite, or modify the images as desired.

Terms & Conditions

• This license is granted automatically upon purchase and applies to all images containing our products.
• Design Appropriation: You are free to use our products in your own creative works, including comic strips, animations, or commercial projects. However, you may not claim ownership or exclusive rights over the original design or sculpt of any Armature Nine product. Any attempt to appropriate the design as your own character or intellectual property is automatically understood to be subordinate to Armature Nine’s (A9RIG) retained copyright.
• You may not reverse-engineer our products or produce digital 3D files of our designs.
• You may not train AI or neural networks on our designs. However, you are welcome to use your own photographs of our products as prompts in generative AI tools.
• You may display the A9RIG logo that appears on the physical products. However, you may not use our logos or brand names in any unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or reputation-damaging context.
• This license is transferable to whomever you sell or gift the product to.
• Optional credit: “Product by Armature Nine (A9RIG)” is appreciated but not required.
• We retain all copyright and trademark rights in our product designs.

Standing Property Release

Armature Nine (A9RIG) hereby grants photographers and their clients the right to use images of our products without further permission. This page serves as a standing property release for all our products.
