Refund Policy


In order to qualify for a refund you must return your package no later than 15 days after you have received it.

All digital goods may not be returned. Digital goods include things such as membership fees, file downloads, digital assets, etc, are non-refundable.

Downloadable software products

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, and is all in good order, you will receive an email notification stating that you have been issued a refund (in full or in part) for the corresponding amount. Shipping fees are not refunded. Refunds can take up to seven days to process depending on your bank, card or transaction method used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, paypal account, amazon account or whichever method you used to issue the funds. Websites like Amazon, for example, will often simply give you a gift card credit unless you've specified otherwise in your preferences.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We advise that you also pay for tracking because we can not take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.
